writing comics like this is a bad idea because if i DO get murdered, i can just see the defense for the murderer in court saying "your honour, this apparently dead guy wrote comics about faking your own death; TOTALLY JUST THROWING THAT OUT THERE"

October 16th, 2009: Today I'm at the University of Illinois where I'll be giving a talk Sunday night at the ACM Reflections | Projections conference, one I've titled "GUYS, LOOKS LIKE IT'S WACKY TIME". You can put conference talk titles in all caps, did you know that? I really wish I'd been told this earlier. If you can't make it out, I'm told the talk will be put online later, and I may well be posting to Twitter about it while it happens. Maybe not though because I lost the little computer box I used to do that in the past! I still don't know how it happened | |||
